Well, gee, thanks, everyone. I thought I had my obsessions all locked up! But, no!, now orchids are invading our space!
Originally from Massachusetts, Boston suburb and then Cape Cod.
North Carolina past 5 years.
Career in High Tech field, retired, then pursued my interest in Nursing. Retired for good now.
All that work was cutting into my time for all my hobbies! LOL. Smiling
Just wanted to add that I have never been interested in houseplants, so this is a big thing. I have always had perennial gardens and that was my central gardening focus. Nice to see beautiful flowers now...... 365/7.
The weather here is amazing. Sunshine so abundant. Easy to grow most anything. And they say it is humid here? Well, NOT here. We had far worse humidity in Mass.
Anyways, these orchids are so interesting, the learning is fun!
