Any one seen this before?
It is on my 5 year old Yoshino Cherry Tree. Is this bagworms? Is my tree destroyed? Do I cut off the limb and burn it? Help please. Thank you

Update: So this is not bagworms, they look much different. Tent worms. I am pretty sure that is the culprit. The next steps are to remove the web/nest and then use something to kill whats left. I will keep you posted. Thanks!
