Thanks for the idea Amanda. Currently armed w old garbage cans no wheels.

Everything watered and got in the house and was reminded it's to rain. Ah well. A little extra never hurt. I'm glad the rabbit stuff is all placed. I even dumped a bit by my peonies. Will see what this all does this year.

I'm tired today. I've decided to turn in early. Maybe I'll be productive between the rain drops. I hope so. The more I can get planted the better off it all is right? I keep forgetting I still have a flat in the basement of annuals. That's ok, they are for the dahlia bed not anywhere else.

Johannian: dandelion bread? I know about dandelion wine. That was nasty looking stuff. Not sure how it tasted as I was young and a neighbor made yearly, myself, I don't see the appeal unless it was economical to make and get a buzz going. I should read on.

Look forward to hearing some rain.
Every gardener knows that under the cloak of winter lies a miracle ... a seed waiting to sprout, a bulb opening to the light, a bud straining to unfurl. And the anticipation nurtures our dream."
