As time passes I find this is true. Produce at the store is in such sad shape. Im not the only one throwing out food because it goes bad before it can be used. Grow it your self, and throw any waste in the compost pile. Fresh healthy food for me, nutrients for the garden. Another world problem solved "in a garden".
