Pam when I emailed him and said I would like to order FGT and he said he was holding it for me and if I give him my address and desired ship date he would send me an invoice, so I did.
Then he emailed me back and said I had a surprise, he had just mailed my package out and that the invoice was attached with a new customer discount of free shipping.
I mailed him a check, I don't think he takes PP or CC
