Aphids, horrid suckers! I use a plastic pop bottle with a couple of squirts of diswashing liquid, then 1/2 full of water, shake until you have mostly foamy bubbles. You can squeeze the foamy bubbles on the flowers/buds and it goes all over the wretched bugs.
