You will need to give it more sun if you want it to grow and reproduce. You can google variegated spider plants and see what they say about how long it takes. I have mine in the greenhouse. They get afternoon sun and water when I water the greenhouse which depends on temps. , humidity. etc. Mine are not reproducing just now either. I think it is just not the right conditions. They are hard to kill and take little care, but they do need some sun and water. Sorry I can't be more helpful, I have never kept track of their growing habits.
