i root rosemary in a potting mix with a lot of perlite in it. It roots readily by layering but dies if you over water.

I really appreciate the rosemary for weevils tip. This time of year they show up in all the grains and flours. And they even got in my Dad's violin case and at the bow string. When I get it restrung--Ill be sure to put some rosemary in there along with the silica gel and diatomaceous earth.

Fruit flies. Vacuum them up and put the fruit in the refrigerator.
