I use cut mini blinds for the seedlings for a temporary label, and use a black paint pen
from Walmart. The writing lasts for several years.

Also, hubby made aluminum plant markers that look like Michele's. They are painted green and
labeled with a white paint pen. The markers last several years also, and are used for the
registered plants. To reuse, just repaint with green and re-label.

I also make maps for all the beds on the computer along with a print-out copy, and a
back up on disk as well as external hard drive. I also know where the registered plants
are from memory, but the newest seedlings not so much.
