Thanks Vicki. My old camera didn't have any easy way to change the settings, but the new one, which is what I used for the MS image, has some wonderful features. I love being able to see the flower in the garden and adjusted image on the screen together, makes images more accurate. The advances in digital are amazing! Images I am posting are from both cameras, still organizing image folders from this year... I went a little crazy with my new camera Smiling

Love the way the color travels out up the midrib of Mexicali Blues. Black Fathom Depths looks stunning and so appropriately named! The depth and layers of color in that eye. Blues Avenue is not a happy camper here, in the image it is trying to open on a 48 degree morning during peak this year, and I've almost lost it over the winter a few times. Bloomed well this year though, other than the opening trouble and was used with my northern pattern sdlgs. The breaks in the eye are fascinating.
