Wow, I had no idea! My kids bought me that one as a birthday gift. I sure hope they didn't pay that much for it! My frugal Scots heritage dictates I should not have expensive orchids until I really know how to take care of them in my mainly uncontrolled environment.

Maybe that's one I'll have to keep inside the pool cage, huh? Be a shame for the squirrels to decide to snack on it. :rolleyes:
A hundred bucks for this? Whoo boy! Jmho, no plant is worth $2500. Wish you'd taken a picture of that specimen, though!
