Sale of DG to yet another 3rd party and a non-compete clause that was questioned.... the new 3rd party wasn't really great about incorporating feedback and there are a lot of people very loyal to Dave and Trish, so the lines were drawn.
As with most internet arguments, it is now the past and all we have are memories of what was shared....
