Mine is completely uninterested in the yard. His only request is that it must look nice. He is OK with me buying plants and dirt if that is what I want to spend my "mad money" on instead of new clothes ! When I put in the two big beds in the front yard he gave me DIRT for a combined Mother's Day and Birthday present (my BD is May 18th).

I actually still have a good amount of grass, but have to keep it since I still have children that need a yard to play in right now. Give me a few years though and.......
