We are in a far suburb that used to be a small town. Trash collection is a private company.
Leaves and yard debris is collected by the town and the cost is included with our taxes. The town keeps the leaf collection in a different place and they compost it ( let it sit a year ) I do believe its weedy but it only costs us for the delivery. $50.00 for a five yard cartfull.
I can understand why a business wouldnt want it,too many acres to weed.
