Michele, If she isn't real sure what her problem is, something simple to do is delete all her cookies. She'll have to enter her passwords until they get rebuilt, but this could help her out.
Also, just in case, she should restart her computer. I used to be the "help" person when I worked years ago and I sometimes forget to tell people this step because I "assume" everyone knows this but I really shouldn't "assume" anything. She could be like my DH who I have to help with this daily. Some folks are so sure they will "hurt or mess-up" that they just won't do anything without asking first.
Ok, the old brain is taking baby steps this morning, so this is my second edit.
She needs to also reset her modem and router is she has a router. And, when I thinkk of something else, I'll add on.
