Our Rose Society has sold that one for several years, listing it under both names, and I don't think it ever grew more than 6' tall or wide for anyone in our climate. It's a real popular rose here. Our roses die back in the winter enough that very few grow into monsters. We have enough serious exhibition rose growers here that anything mislabeled gets corrected right away.
