Re: Bees ... I wouldn't want to get stung by them but they sure are necessary and a good insect to have in the garden for pollination. I grow many perennials that attract butterflies and hummingbirds but not a lot of bees but I'm not sure of particular plants for the Houston, Texas area. I'm sure someone will come along soon with some suggestions for you but you might want to post your question over on the Texas Gardening forum also: http://garden.org/forums/view/...
