I had climbing Queen Elizabeth. It did well for several years and then died as have most of my Hybrid teas and their close relatives. Mine definitely was not a once bloomer.
My climbing Pink Peace is still alive and blooming despite its near leaflessness. (Spell check does not like my creative vocabulary.)
