Wow ... that is an amazing planting of Hemigraphis! You should add those first two photo's to the database: Red Flame Ivy (Strobilanthes alternata)

Our Wal-Mart Garden Centers sell the cultivar 'Exotica': Purple Waffle Plant (Hemigraphis 'Exotica') but it's not as nice as Hemigraphis alternata. I received cuttings of that beauty in a plant swap on Dave's Garden some years ago and it was so pretty! The cuttings rooted easily and I ended up with two full hanging baskets but unfortunately lost them to a winter freeze.
