I have never counted, some plants I find thrown away by people but mostly if I see a nursery I have to stop and look around. Any thing I don't have, I have to get it then I have to shift it around to find the perfect niche for it. I am dreading January when I start root and top growth pruning. End Feb when the sap just starts to rise then grafting starts.

Black pepper, quite frost hardy. In the ground it performs well as a huge clumpy bush, you can make it into a tree but a spineless one at that. One day the stem will flop over and make a new mound out of which a few more stems will form which in turn will flop over and it goes on.
