We've had a few temps in the high 30's, but no freeze yet. Mostly it's been fairly warm otherwise, but now it's cooling down a bit.. Has been dry for about a month or so. We really need rain! Nice pics, Lin! We've got a few Gulf Fritillaries left also. The P. caerulea has just bare stems left, but some of the other passies still have some foliage.
I would feel more optimistic about a bright future for man if he spent less time proving that he can outwit Nature and more time tasting her sweetness and respecting her seniority. E. B.White
