First of all, Lin, I did the opposite of what you had suggested and moved the photos from the Brazil entry to the Brasil entry, which had more photos, a comment, and plant info. Now, what should we do about the name? You're right that Brasil is not a registered cultivar name, but neither is Brazil. It isn't a species name, however, so I'm not sure how it should be listed other than as a cultivar. I've left it as 'Brasil,' because that brings up more Google hits than Philodendron 'Brazil,' but I've added 'Brazil' as an "also-sold-as" name.
I edited your comment on the plant, by the way, because P. oxycardium is a synonym of Philodendron hederaceum var. oxycardium, not of P. hederaceum.
