The way they're listed now is the correct way, I think. There's P. hederaceum, P. hederaceum var. hederaceum, P. hederaceum var. oxycardium, and P. hederaceum 'Brasil.' They're four separate entries.
As I said in my previous post. P. oxycardium is not a synonym of P. hederaceum. It's a synonym of P. hederaceum var. oxycardium and is listed as such in the P. hederaceum var. oxycardium entry.
If Brasil were a natural cultivar of P. hederaceum, it probably would be called something like P. hederaceum f. brasil, but there's no record of anything by that name. Our system doesn't distinguish between registered and natural cultivars, so I'm treating it as a cultivar because that's how it's listed all over the Web.
No, I don't think Brasil or Brazil should be added as a common name to the P. hederaceum entry because I don't think every P. hederaceum is the same as Brasil.
