Hmmm....that possibly could be used to have me committed one day! The 6 yr old daughter of DH’s niece asked me to sign a small watercolor I did for her when we were in IL one Christmas. About a month later, the niece called to tell us her daughter’s teacher had asked her about some tall tale the first grader was telling the class about her aunt in TX. Seems the child had taken the watercolor to “show and tell’ and insisted it was done by her crazy aunt that lived in the basement in TX. DH’s niece took the painting out of the frame and showed the teacher that I had indeed signed it on the back....”Aunt Sandi, your crazy aunt that lives in the basement.”
