Yes... definitely an unpleasant lesson to learn. I've been told if they are plugged in to the circuit breaker power strip, it will throw the breaker should there be a problem. I still haven't built up that trust.

I have a friend that had a circular clothing store display rack which was handy for hanging quite a few baskets in a small footprint. We also took lengths of chain with "S" hooks on each end. That way, she could layer levels of hanging baskets on the same rack. Just another thought if you had access to something like that.
