Kristi, I checked our power strip and it only connects to a GFI outlet. There's no circuit breaker power strip. DH followed me to the garage to see what I was babbling about. He concurred. No circuit breaker power strip. We have an electrician coming to install more recessed lighting (oak trees make house dark in winter). Going to get safer outlets for the garage too. I really appreciate your post. Don't think we'd have ever looked into the garage outlets again. We had an electrician install extra outlets about 10 years ago. 'Guess he installed exactly what we told him to! 'Our fault.

RE: circular store rack....you are going to land on DH's "Schmidt" list for sure now. I can see him driving me from Salvation Army store to Goodwill all over Austin looking for one of those (before Sunday nite freeze). Bad girl, but great idea!
