Elephant bush loves the sun, maybe put the plant in a brighter location, if you cannot bring it out. My plant stays outdoors year round, and endures extreme heat and cold. Have noticed the stems are maturing already, hardening up with bark like texture, so it seems much more able to handle the temperature swings.
