Have you tried "Earl of Essex," Brad? It always(except this year-{freshly moved this summer}) does well for me, here. This was the first year that "Immortality" has tried to bloom for me, it didn't make it, but I had a lot of stalks/buds. The trick here seems to be to not let the plants go into summer dormantcy after spring bloom. More fertilizer and more water, and you're right, this year was no picnic! And I think we're in for another just like it....Arlyn
