Perhaps I can help you with advice. I have lots of Clivia's here in the Netherlands.
When you see the bloom( bud) in the middle of the plant, very small, it cost certainly two till three weeks. It depends which temp. you give the plant. You must also watering now the Clivia, otherwise the bud will not grow and is than flowering between the leaves.
