I think this plant is most likely Viburnum opulus 'Roseum' (aka 'Sterile'), not Viburnum macrocephalum. Do you have any other images of this plant, especially from when it is in flower.

Viburnum macrocephalum does not have lobed foliage, nor does it ever have the attractive fall colored foliage that is shown here.

Barring any evidence to the contrary, I will move these images to the Plant Database entry for Viburnum opulus 'Roseum'.
