The variegated variety is used a lot in landscaping here. Here's one growing in my yard ....... and I took this photo at Port Canaveral, Fl a few weeks ago.

And, this is my large containerized plant. I've had this one for 28 years ... it was a tiny thing in a little dish garden we received on our 15th anniversary. I really need to plant it in the ground or do some major root pruning and find another pot. The bottom of it's current pot has split and roots are stretching out and wanting to take root.

I have a couple of others in containers outside somewhere too. I need to go out tomorrow and find them to see how they are doing.
