I'm running a hands-on workshop tonight for a local garden club. It's about indoor seed starting and thought the micro-greens would be most manageable for the folks that don't have lights (A gooseneck lamp would work great). It's a take-home project
I bought aluminum loaf pans instead of round cake/pie pans for the work shop since they are deep and small, plus would fit nicely by a window if need be. Actually 4 loaf pans will fit in on water tray and you could have different greens in each. I got Daikon Radish & Arugula for the class to sow
