I started because my doctor told me too but that was because my weight went up to 150. And I am only 5"2' so that is a LOT of weight. And now I have been working out EVERY DAY since my Doctors appointment on December 10th. And been watching what I eat. In sprite of all this I have managed to loose a grand total of only 5 pounds!

Toni, I am doing most of those exercises that you describe wuth the dumbells myself. Working with weights really is very good for people. LIke I said, right now using 5 pounds, started with 3 pounds and will be working up in weight as I am able.

I hope you get much better quickly. Pain is the worst thing to have to bear.

What you said about all the bulb planting. I was sore and tired like crazy until it all got done. Took me about a month and a half as I started in mid October and finished the very end of November. But apparenty didn't work too well as exercise. I was really surprised myself. I thought all that would surely be great exercise.
