Rita - Watch your clothes, not the scale. That's what I have to do. I went down a full pant size & dress size in the time I was working out. I lost a full inch on my upper arms, about 2.5 inches on my hips, and 2" on my thighs. Now if only the gut part would go down... It's just embarassing & depressing seeing someone watch me get on the scale & hear them gasp when they see the numbers..
