Boy, that's a shame. Amaryllis bulbs are expensive and you expect the company to respond if you have a problem. I have dropped two sources of bulbs due to poor customer service. I've have excellent responce from White Flower Farms, Royal Colors, Amaryllis Bulb Company and Eden Blooms. They've all been really good when I've had a problem.
