I love Donkin Donuts. And in the summer, Carvel soft ice cream. I doubt I am going to be able to do without them forever. But so far so good, I really am staying away from the sweets. Of course if I was actually where they were in front of me, I know I would eat them. I would not be able to stop myself.
My self imposed rule is that no pasta or pizza until I loose that first ten pounds off. So I haven't had pizza or pasta since before December 10th (which is when I started exercising). I can't wait to add then back into my diet.
