I noticed the stone crop sedum was getting buds and when i went out to the bed to cut back all the dead growth & put some more pea gravel down i couldn't believe the sedum had actually bloomed. Now it's gotten cold and they are forecasting ice starting this evening through mid day tomorrow.I was going to go get some seed starter to winter sow some seeds,i guess i need to get extra milk, bread etc... & batteries. We aren't use to real winter weather so when they forecast it the grocery store's run out of everything.Last year we had an ice storm and had no electricity for a week!! Our power lines aren't use to real winter weather either. Shrug!
A green thumb comes only as a result of the mistakes you make while learning to see things from the plants point of view!!
