Charleen - I agree if you add "understand or appreciate" I think often people get (pre) occupied with their own interests and life, and loose connection with parents/former mentors, without intending harm! (and then there are those who are just careless and vapid!)
But in Gramps case I know from reading things on here and other websites that he was/is working with his daughter and I think it would be unfair to say that she "isn't involved or doesn't care about him" (although I may be totally misunderstanding what's being stated in this thread) I do wish him and his family well and hope all if fine with him! Thumbs up As I'm sure everyone on ATP does as well!!
