This is a very popular fruit here in the Yucatan. It is essential in most of the traditional Yucatecan dishes. One of my favorites uses is as a marinade for pork, it is a great combination. Almost every house has at least one naranja agria growing in the yard. They also make a great drink, make it like lemonade with sugar or sweetener and a little water.
