Hi all, just thought I'd show you an updated photo - when I posted on Jan 16th I pulled several leaves of my E. 'Capt Hay' here is what it looked like today before I planted it. For me leaving the leaf on the surface of the soil, and under lights or in sun, seems the best way to propagate
