Greg, thought you might enjoy some of this Aeonium info.... the two non-branching cultivars appear to be Aeonium urbicum and tabuliforme according to Palmbob. This link is to "that other place" - hope I'm not ruffling any feathers, but it is a good article when learning about these plants. Shrug!
In the end, only kindness matters.
