I have Brassavola Little Stars, I wouldn't worry about it, unless it gets really worse. You will lose older leaves, if however new leaves start dropping, you have a little problem. But at this point I don't see anything bad.
I would take a close look at the little white dots on the right side growth and wipe them off, before they take off....
