Look at that!! Zone 5a!!! BRRRRRR. And dark. Your plant should be leafless, unless it has it's own hot house, kept in the 60's at night and warmer during the day, and artificial grow lamp.

I would say that you should have repotted in barely damp, not wet, potting mix, and not watered. Never press or pack the potting mix, hold the plant and jiggle the pot to settle the mix. Thr roots need air circulation. Is your mix mostly peat? Too dense. Fluff the surface, so wetness can evaporate, and maybe give the plant a break from being inside the ceramic pot. No air circulation in there.

Is the heater blowing on it? That's kind of odd. Would you be comfortable all around like that? Or hot one side, cold the other?

I would hold off on any fertilizer until spring. The stems look too green.

Hum, after looking at your photos again, I would dump the thing out of the pot, again!, and repot with just barely damp, fluffy mix, and no watering. Do the trees outside your window have leaves?
