Arif, on the very top of any page go to the tab called "Your Profile", then under Your Actions click on "Change Your Public Profile". About half way down the page is "Signature appearing below your posts: (BB Code enabled)". That's where you can type what shows up under the line. There's quite a bit of room to type actually.
