No, it's a coir liner. I may just need to put it in a large pot, instead of the basket. We had quite a dry, hot summer and it seemed to decline. It's been really warm here and now it has turned cool again. I haven't put it outside yet. I'll check it again today.
CHOO-tah-kah-buff is "proper" pronunciation for Tchoutacabouffa and RIV ah for River (in MS)!
