With some of your plants, you can already see the new growth/babies/offsets.
Echeverias have offsets too but not nearly as semps do. And even in semps, each variety is different in the amount of offsets produced.
Aeonium will grow straight up with long stem but can branch and have multiple heads if you cut the head off. I lopped off Aeonium head on a very tall stem and 10 heads branched out. Seven survived. I then planted the lopped-off head and it developed roots to become another plant. Here's pic of new branched heads:
