Humm, I didn't know there were wild black raspberries. I did try the domestic purple raspberries in my yard some years ago. But I thought they were so horrible that I ripped them out. I do however like red raspberries and really loved the yellow ones I had also. But I don't have raspberries any longer. Found them to be too much work for me.
