OK to try to clear all things up might take a min to explain
I LOVE to combine shipping when possible. I have no problem with one payment over 2 or 3 that is fine. PLEASE tell me your desired way of payment and if you want to pay all together. Then what i will do is put one co-op total to the other co-op(s) for a grand total. they when it is paid the figures match and i mark you as paid. Now if you pay paypal PLEASE there is a place to include a note to me and PLEASE give me your ATP name!
If you "gift" payment then i do not have the optiond to print a shipping lable and i do not get your address so you must sent me a tree mail or email and give me
your full name
your ATP name
Your date of payment
your shipping address.
IF you send check/mo need to include all in the envelope also.
Combined shipping is VERY TRICKY there are to many factors to even list so i need to evaluate all and give you a total cost of shipping and some times with bulbs roots and plants it is best to use a flat rate box for all heavy idem and weight x location for light plants. In any case just because i have shipping on one co-op and not another does not mean that is total shipping for all i need to know when you are ready to pay for all.
I have stated most the time payments BEGIN on a certain date I fully understand some on a limited income or some get paid every 2 weeks and this falls between the 2 I AM FLEXIBLE!!!! Communication is the key to me. IF i give a deadline when payments must be made and it is at a difficult time talk to me. I will not cancel your order. I on the other hand if i don't hear anything i do sent tree mail or email requesting payment and if i don't hear then i might sell your plants to others but you will have time to respond.
shipping dates have to be flexible to a point if quality is becoming a issue i will press shipping if not i can work with you if you out of town , surgery , moving, vacation, weather .....i am flexible ....ONE exception this time is I will have to have all rders shipped to be able to be out of town for my job interview end of May more of that date to come.
