I can't say for sure Arif, but take note of the different colours and sizes (young plants) on this link .. your more pink one could be a different cultivar, the leaves look more fleshy.

Note: Leaf colour changes a lot when either grown in full sun – pinkish - or in shade – bluish - which explains the two synonyms ‘Dr. Huth’s Pink’ and ‘Dr. Huth’s Blue’.

I think you are correct with Echeveria hookeri, best wait for the flowers though.
