We germinate the palms in the greenhouse. They spend about 3 months there until they are over 6 inches. Then we pot them up in either 50 cell trays or 3.5 liners and moved to the shade house until they are rooted out. They are shipped off to various locations and they pot them up to 1 gallons. Depending on the location of where they are shipped. Usually a year and a half in southern Florida they will take the 1 gallons and plant them in the ground. Photo below is some 4 year old palms grown in Southern Florida from our greenhouse.Thumb of 2013-03-17/eriktampabay/79caf1
